Best Oral and Best Poster Presentation Awards.

Best Oral Presentation

The total time allotted to each speaker is 10 minutes (including 3 minutes discussion). Prize is given to two best presentations with award certificates and prize money.
1st Prize : Rs. 4,000
2nd Prize : Rs. 2,000

Best Poster Presentation

Prize is given to three best poster presentations with award certificates and prize money.
1st Prize : Rs. 3,000
2nd Prize : Rs. 2,000
3rd Prize: Rs. 1,000

Guidelines

Oral Presentation

The total time allotted to each speaker is 10 minutes (including 3 minutes discussion). All speakers are requested to send their presentations in PowerPoint format well in advance.

Poster Presentation

The poster must not exceed the A1 format.
The poster must be placed vertical.
Please use appropriate font size for the posters so that all text are easily readable from a distance of 2 meters.
Make sure that poster is placed on the board before the beginning of the poster session.
Presenters are required to stand by their posters during the whole poster session.
